The quality of services provided to our stakeholders is very important to us. Ensuring quality services is part of every employee’s job. Many different types of activities are involved to help ensure that our efforts result in excellent service.

Survey Activity - We encourage feedback and suggestions

Feedback is a key factor used to determine enhancements or changes to improve our service.  All stakeholders receive surveys throughout the year to solicit feedback.  The time taken to complete a survey is greatly appreciated and each returned survey form is individually reviewed and evaluated.  Additional comments or suggestions are welcome at any time. Quality Measures - Control, Monitor and Improve Operations

In addition to soliciting feedback and ideas from all stakeholders, Allied monitors its operations for adherence to Federal and State program requirements.  Using “Best Practices” for our industry, we monitor and report specific program statistics to Federal and State agencies and we continuously evaluate internal operations to identify areas for potential enhancement or improvement. Fraud and Abuse - Prevent, Detect and Report

There are many laws in place with requirements for activities to minimize fraud and abuse in Federal and State programs. We take the responsibility to reduce fraud and abuse very seriously.  A wide variety of activities are designed to prevent or detect fraud from occurring.  Allied is required to report to the state agencies any issues that we discover or are reported to us for programs we administer.
