About Us Information

Allied Community Resources Inc. (ACR), located in East Windsor, Connecticut, was incorporated in 1999 as a 501c3 non-profit, subsidiary of Allied Community Services. 

ACR's parent organization, Allied Community Services, Inc., and its subsidiaries annually serve thousands of individuals with developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities along with the elderly.

Allied Community Resources provides financial management services for the following Medicaid Waiver and state funded programs.

  • Connecticut Department of Developmental Disabilities Programs (DDS)
  • Connecticut Acquired Brain Injury Medicaid Waiver Program (ABI)
  • Connecticut Personal Care Assistance Medicaid Waiver Program (PCA)
  • Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE)
  • Connecticut Money Follows the Person Program (MFP)
  • Alabama DMH Division of Developmental Disabilities Program
  • Alabama Personal Choices Program
